    You're a th7, why even think ahead that much? I think having 275 (including cc) troop space, with 2 heroes and 5 spells is enough.

    TH10 gets a level upgrade for 5 more troops per camp so adding another camp for 300 troops (80 increase from TH9) is quite extreme
