How about this troop its special ability should be summoning fierce lightning bolts its hp should be same as of giants and dps should be equal to that of balloons.. The lightning damage should be equal to that of dragons' and no favourite targets.....

If you are serious about going forward with this idea, make sure you include more details. Things like levels, hit points, building time, expense, etc. Just posting something condensed like this will not be very helpful to your cause.
