I constantly do incredible raids, back to back, and since I can only share one, when I try to share their other I can't beacause I did other raids. So that got me thinking, why not have a feature of "Save Replays". I can imply that it would be something like the save village mode, but a "Save Replay Mode" where we could save 5 attacking replays and 5 defensinve replays; or we could save 10 replays of our choice. This is a feature I would love to see, therefore if you would like to see this rate and comment on this post. Also if you have ideas of improvement just comment below.

This is not possible without rewriting the code for replays.
Currently, replays just store info that tells CoC (when you click replay), where you placed your troops on what base. Essentially it's just a bunch of code and not a video. If you want to save it though maintanence breaks and updates (when troop AIs change) you will either have to deal with reading a bunch of code that used to be your replay or having the replay rewritten.
For example, if I saved an attack of me hogging 100% before the giant bomb nerf came, then maybe if I replay it again now, I would only get 1 star because all my hogs got giant bombed. Either that, or you get a bunch of codes on building and troop placements, which is just useless for us.
So, if this idea were to be implemented the entire coding for replays would have to change. This brings the problem that these normal replays (the ones you don't save either), would become video files and lagggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg the servers. Even if you were only converting one replay of your choice into a video, this creates some considerable lag and a lot of technical issues.
While, many people want something like this, the best way for you to deal with it is to hold a video camera over your device and tape your replay. Now you have it forever without having it compromised by some update.
