I have found a ♥♥♥♥er by the name of ?... He has wizards in his army camp but he only has level one barracks. I took a screenshot, but I don't know how to post a screenshot here. If somebody tells me how, I will post the screenshot of the ♥♥♥♥.

This comes up about once a week.

He is not doing anything wrong, he just didn't use all of his wizard from the tutorial.

You get wizards when you first start the game, as the tutorial. Probably he didn't use all them for the tutorial and just had a few extra he's saving to freak people out. It's what I did.

Before accusing someone with a IGN etc of h@cking (which is a name & shame) maybe ask for a plausible explanation because several people commented to how this can happen.
