I believe this is something similiar to Boom Beach. But yeah would be nice to have something like that.
But some cons to that would be more defeats for people because if they had 5 spells of those, you could easily 3 star a base.

This is so boom beach.
If you realise, everything thats not happening in CoC is introduced there.
Example: Utilizing the water element in CoC, allow control of troops, make every other building explode once TH destroyed, etc etc etc.

So if you like these features you should play boom beach.
