X-bows on ground hitting air targets!

I haven't seen anything posted about this yet, and maybe this is the wrong forum, but I just had this happen for the second time. I attacked a base where the x-bows were set to ground (verified after the attack) but they still attacked my air troops!

Has anyone else experience this? I will try and get some screen shots when I get home for proof.

Basically, they know how to fix it but they won't fix it for a while (anywhere from 1 week to 2 months from now).
