All members are expected to donate and keep close to an even ratio.
Donate what is requested, especially during war.
To earn elder, one must perform well in wars and donate at a high level.
Both war attacks must be used every war. In the 1st attack, attempt to attack your same number. In the 2nd attack, we clean up bases and aim for three stars. We expect 2-3 stars with every attack.
