Hello, Im a nearly maxed town hall 8, lvl 84 with big plans for a new system of clans known by the name of Atlas. The first of many clans would be called Atlas Apex. This plan has been in the works for a long time and I feel I'm ready to start this hope to be large group of clans. I made this thread because I'm looking for someone to partner in making this group. I have had lots of experience with leading a clan, but not the members to show for it. That means if you agree to help me your stuck with me.
