One Gem Boosts

How long is the one gem boost for?

I know a gem boost on the barracks last 1 day. What I am asking is how long will this deal last? Any ideas? What have they done in the past? Can I do this for just a couple days or do you think it will run closer to a week?

Wow! lots of comments guys, i cant read them all but seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions on the boost! i appreciate what supercell has done for us as they dont have to do the boosts but i am just saying i would of rathered gold and de pumps boost thats all

I would rather they not give any boost at all than to boost the stupid spell factory. This may be a good time to drop to bronze and take a break from raiding.

I'm glad the boosted the spell factory. It becomes more viable to use spells in storage raids now.

Last year. Xmas boost 12/16 for elixir collectors, barracks and dark barracks for only 1 gem. http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...acks-Elixir%29

This year they added spells and heroes. So this year is better than last.

Last year they did the same exact thing elxir/army boosts first then gold and de drills like a week later and it lasted till jan 7th everyone needs to calm down

I really wish that we could boost our gold and de as well, but I'm not too bothered by this. I'm willing to take any boost they give us.

in my opinion the boosting is just for barracks, spells and elixir so people can constantly raid without running out of elixir.
The boosts have ruined the loot though
