lvl 4 pekka and lvl 12 archer towers in th9

please unlock level four pekka in town hall 9 and level 12 archer towers also. ty

Plus one more lvl for archer tower on th7, it would be fair enough to balance defenses. We got 2 lvl on th8, why not giv one more to th7.i dont remember what lvl it is...maybe lvl 8 max for th7 for now(if im not mistaken). So giv lvl 9 AT to th7, lvl 10 to th 8,11 n 12 to th9(or only 11), and lvl 13 to th10(or lvl 12 and 13)
