Thus, Supercell should make a list of available upgrade for the current TH level. E.g. Level 6 TH only can have mortar max level 4 and currently the player's mortar is only level 3 so the list should show:
    - Mortar's Level Available Upgrade: 1

Or something similar. If you think this is a good/bad idea, just write in the comments below
This could come in handy but as others have said it literally takes a few clicks.
Also if I had 2 mortars level 3 and I could get them both to level 4 would it say
    - Mortar's Level Available Upgrade: 2 ??

If so would it show the available level for every single wall??

    I'm confused

I think they can consolidate for walls like this?
    - 2 Level 3 Mortar: 1 time
    - 50 Level 8 walls upgrade: 1 time
    - 100 level 7 walls upgrade: 2 times
    Level: 98 / 81 / 50

Too much work for SuperCell for such minimal gain.

Clashers are far too obsessed with 'max everything first'. It just isn't necessary. Get close sure, but 100% maxing is just inefficient.

It takes minute to run through your entire layout unless you're low level TH.
Edit mode. Remove all buildings. Very easy to see which buildings need upgrades. Of course as th9/10 you surely know Lvl of your previous th maxed building and the next Lvl. You can always get info from wiki if you are lacking in that department. Its really handy. No need of extra list.

You should use this site: http://www.clashofclansmanager.com/index.php (Is it allowed to link sites? lol)
It shows whatever you need to know with upgrades at your current Town hall.

The Editor is the only way I can count the walls left to upgrade, but it just shows how many. I have to leave that and then check the upgrade cost of other things. For walls, you don't forget what the current cost is, partly from needing to pay it so many times, and later on, sticker shock. Other buildings, I tend to double check, because I know I'm going to screw something up. Having it in one spot would help in planning, and it is just nice to see it all as a slowly, but surely, completed to-do list.

You are right, it isn't needed but it could add some enjoyment to the game.

This is not needed. By the time you get to th8-th10 you practically know what can get upgraded and to what level and can easily identify what level your defenses are. And if they had a thing like this in the game and every time one person upgraded a wall it would have to refresh. So think about millions of people just all at once upgrading one wall? That's a lot of lag!

I don't think it would be that bad of a lag. You have more 'refreshes' from actual battle than you do from one log entry for wall unit #76 going from lvl6 to lvl7, even from many people at once. The upgrade menu would call up a list of upgrades when needed. Even then, it could just use the info it already knows and give you that list, than ask the server for the info, again. Besides, even if everyone upgraded at one time, you won't notice it on your side. Your client would assume it happened, show the wall upgrade, and then in the app's background operations will make sure the server knows when able. I know this because there are times people do stuff, like train troops, move things, start upgrades, and then get ungracefully disconnect, only to find out when they connect back that those commands were undone... more like never happened than undone, since the client never got the actions sent to the server.

I 100% agree. I'm TH 9 and it's starting to get a lot harder in game and it's hard to determine which buildings should I upgrade knowing that there are more buildings in TH 9. And if I were to do it (scan upgrades), it would be very frustrating since it would take me a lot of time. (personally 4 minutes)

Yep, that's my point. It adds to the enjoyment of the game. It's like you can brew the coffee beans yourself so why do you use coffee machines with coffee powder? I know the editing of map can see but if supercell can make this list, I'm sure tons of players would use it. I don't think it's a lot of work since they can consolidate so many things during Edit Mode, now it's just a list to see. Max everything is also a strategy, rush upgrading TownHall can also be a strategy but when you rush TownHall, there would be tons of things to upgrade, this list will come in handy. That's my thought
