Banned from clash :(

edit.....wait....... This happened to your friend a while back? So you knew it was against the rules and you did it anyways? I think I may have just lost the tiny bit of sympathy I had...

Actually, I met this guy over Instagram a few days ago and I didn't know he got banned until he told me yesterday and he said it happened to him too but he got unbanned in a week..

Must be a kid, they always want instant gratification and are too lazy to put in the time/work/effort to make a decent town/base themselves .

So I got banned from clash on Wednesday for unauthorized base trade. I contacted support 2 days ago and i still have no response and it's the holidays soon and my family members want to see my base, in addition to that I was upgrading to ️Town hall9 when this happened and I was saving up resources. So this is very inconvientent for me an i ask supercell "i know I did something against TOS but it's the holidays, could I at least get it back by Christmast? This happened to my friend a while back and it took a week to get it back ;( I even spent 75$ on the game. And all thats waste now, my info is IGN Cocotj Level:84 Clan: DoYouEvenWar™Town hall: 8 but upgrading to 9

unfortunately that's the risk you take when breaking the terms of service. i bet if you had poured tens of thousands of dollars into this game (like some of those in the champion league have), you'd get your account unbanned right away. as it stands, you've only spent $75 and that's not enough for someone at supercell to notice.

I know you guys probably dont care and are laughing at me, but how would you feel if you played for a year, spent a ton of money on gems, built a sturdy instagram for clash with 200 followers. All for nothing.
