I've heard that a clash of clans account technically isn't yours and is a service supercell is providing you with. They therefore have the right to take it away from you. That's just something I've heard somewhere and might not be completely accurate

This is 100% true, not just CoC, but any software you purchase or download, what you get is a liscence that allows you to use it as long as you abide by the ToS, break the ToS and you get ToSsed.

And to to be that guy........
how long did they say you were banned for? Because if you got a permanent ban, that ban applies to this forum as well.

Why should u get a second chance when you did the trade knowing that you were breaking ToS. Do people get a second chance when they murder? No.

you can't compare trading a base to murder lol, you just can't, and I forgot to mention this guy who was trading with me i figured out hes a scammer and quite good at it hes probably prancing through the meadows with my base right now..
