Need Advice for pushing!

Hey guys, first post, excuse any irritating mistakes

So... I'm relatively new to Clash, I've been playing for about 1 month. Level 29, Max TH 5 and 1117 trophies (Silver II.) I've been recently attempting to push up to 1250 trophies so I can obtain enough Gems to get my third builders hut. I have been using Barch... and pretty much only barch and its working farely decently but cannot get passed around 1150... I was wandering if anybody had any advice on what I could do.. maybe some methods that worked successfully for you guys or maybe even some tips to improve my fairly average Barching skills.

I do when I come across bases with Town Halls outside... should I search specifically for TH Sniping bases?

If you can't get up there any other way

As you raid with barch, you can count the buildings outside the walls and go for THs that you can 1star easily.
If you're not sure just skip until you find a farming base or another good target.

Ahh okay, and I'm upgrading to TH 6 atm (about 11 hours left) should I just do Barch with a Healer or Giant Healer?

If you want to go up in trophies, TH sniping and 1 staring bases with barch is optimal, but you can only go so for as a TH6. If you want to go long term in this game, I recommend farming and join a good clan.
