Okay, when your trophy pushing for an example and you have little time, you calculate in your head how many troops to put in each Barracks, this can be fustrating so I thought this would a handy option. The way this would work is if you input the troops you want, it would automatically seperate the troops in each barracks according to the quickest time. That's all!

I would not want that. I do sometimes arrange them for quickest generation, but I also have a lot of other reasons (especially during CW) to arrange them other ways so depending what I am up to the feature you describe would annoy me more than help me.
