Question About recruitment (Please Read)

I see whenever somebody post a recruitment thread there are barely any replies, but there are near 60-200 views and nobody has joined your clan. Why does this happen? This makes the Clan recruit forum section uselsss because there are no replies or people joining your clan... I need an answer

If every single person that viewed it answered, it would be impossible to keep track of the thread.

Also, simply put... People might just not want to join your clan.

I look at recruiting threads all the time. I learn about clans, see different styles of presentation, etc.

Now, how good is your thread? Is it interesting and exciting? How is your title? Do you bump your thread? Do you add updates in your bump?

i think my answer will solve your question..... ..... ....... ok... when you make a recruitment thread you cant possibly have all the clans info in the title (requirements, farming/push/war clan etc.) SO people might view your clan to check your requirements, lvl of activity and other different interesting things about your clan! if your clan is NOT what they are looking for then they will simply not ask to join but your thread will STILL get a view from those people who are curious to see what your clan is all about

In summary... if people could add all their clan details in the title then your thread would have 0 views or ONLY views from the people who want to apply or ask any further questions

You have to be proactive too. As in go to the looking for a clan sun forum and try to get players that way. For everytime i post in looking for clanmates I get about 1-2 applicants who pm me. Plus it could be like the guy above me said, no one that saw your post wanted to join. It would be helpful to see what you put in the thread. Like are you the one to just say join now free elder or join for max troops? Sometimes wording can turn folks away.
