Unless you have nothing left to do in TH10, why are you hoping for a TH11? Start working on those walls then.

There so much thing to do than upgrade to TH11

I would much rather see a th11 introduced than the gap between th9 and th10 continue to widen. So yes....I would say it is time. It would help the loot issue for th10 and give fully maxed players a ton of new content. My vote is for th11 soon.
