it's possible you're right but more likely someone got ahold or your phone and removed it but you didn't realize. Errors are more often the human not the machine. But why not send in a support ticket versus dealing with us?

You're talking about this thread aren't you?
Chances are you removed it without realising, if you're the type to clear everything but the stuff you want to keep every time a builder is free for example, it is very easy to remove the headstone without thinking twice, far more likely than some glitch which had affected you and only you at least.
