Hey guys so I just wanted to ask a question
i am a new th8 got it about a week ago and have nearly all the new defenses to max th7 level. I also have almost all my walls to level 7 only 4 left(just need a builder free).I have a mixture of level 9&10 collectors, should I just keep on working on defenses, or do all the collectors to level 12? Or should I max th7 and then go for the collectors.

I would focus on troop-upgrades/barracks/dark barracks/splash first. Then do teslas, then at/cannon, then collectors. ymmv

Sometimes at th8 I would get into loot dry spells and do a collector here and there just to keep the builders busy.

Elixir Collectors are really low priority until you hit TH9 IMO. Maybe do one Gold Mine and rest defences, when the builder on gold mine finishes just start another.

Assuming you have 5 builders 4 will be plenty to work on your defence.
