Cant load old Village ♥♥♥

I just got a new phone in I'm trying to load my village from my itunes account in it wants to load a level 2 village and not my level 8 ♥♥♥ gives I saved it to my game center in that ♥♥♥♥ wants to do the same thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
