It took my tree a good week or so before the second present arrived.

As far as i know nobody in my clan including myself, no present since it spawned except the one which came with it. So no need to worry.

So conveniently a christmas tree spawned where his santa strike was over a year ago. And in this time he still has not upgraded his base? One would then argue that he is inactive, if that was the case he would have the max obstacles and wouldn't be able to spawn christmas trees.
