How about if those untouched bases that had been untouched for certain period of hours gets a shield too.
For example.
If my base has not been attacked for 3hrs straight. I get a shield automatically for number of hours. (8 to 10 hrs shield maybe?)
By doing this, the system could eliminate those premmy bases, inactive bases, bases we usually skip and bases that has low resources from the queue. This will lessen numbers of "nexts".
by doing this,
1.) Those inactive bases with no stored resources from the collectors could take its sweet time refilling. so when its shield wears out, it goes back to the queue filled with resources.
2.) Those active bases that we skip because of low resources from storages could be eliminated from the queue. This helps TH10 save gold from nexting.
