Whens the barrack/collector 1 gem boost?

Need to know whether I should upgrade my queen to lv29 or not. Its gonna take a week and I want to have her to use during the boosts.

last christmas we had about 3 weeks of everything 1 gem boost, thats what I'm talking about rookie.
