Yep, 97 war wins so far and we even take weekends off!
Super Sesame St. is looking for some solid war players. Town hall level isn't too important but your base and profile is important. Essentially we need people who haven't rushed their TH and have good donations, war stars and war loot.
We've been running quite a while, before clan wars began, and have a very tight team of just 30 people. A couple of maxed TH10's and even some low down TH's. The key is everyone is active, friendly and know how to play. We have a couple of guys playing around with trophy pushing at the moment (eg myself at 3400 odd) but most are just farming to work on upgrades.
We do 3 wars a week and have weekends of not war-ing so people can relax and have family time. We're mostly USA and a little bit of Europe so your location doesn't really matter. English speaking is the only requirement there.
Although we're pretty laid back, we do have a couple of rules that have helped us be strong at clan wars. A few of them are: TH9+ donate 1000+ troops each league season, use both attacks in wars, follow the war plan and donate before you receive. Sounds very official but it's all 2nd nature to our team so it never needs to be enforced!
