I've been finding loot in Gold I. I'm a Th9 btw.
Loot is always been up and down. Don't worry it will come back. 2 days ago I got dead base for every single raid. Yesterday I got none.
Which should not be an excuse for a game that revolves around loot. Loot should always be there regardless of the circumstance, whether it be a lot of people are online or there is a new update, etc.
Like others mentioned, the update likely caused a spike in users online.
And also, its Christmas/New Years time, when much of the US workforce will be taking it at least a bit easier or taking extra vacation time, and students are finishing up exams and going on break.
