I highly doubt they would ban you for kicking people out of a clan but they can certainly ban you for whatever they deem a good reason (b0tting, offensive stuff, etc).
They will take action against folks who use social engineering to regularly destroy clans.

Well some of my clanmates told a story before he even came to the clan long ago....he would always want to join clans, get leader and kick everyone out. Then he got this warning when he was about to log in to CoC to not boot anyone or else he gets a perm ban. At first, I didn't believe it. After that, he joined my clan and stayed since.
So now I gotta take screenshots who ever asks to get co :P

Yes, they can and have done it too.
they may for being offensive in the clan ( aka making a clan which is directed to offend someone ) but yea they can do whatever they want it is there game
