There's no such thing as free gem surveys and the only freebies you'll get is by removing obstacles, completing achievements and eventually winning contests.
As someone mentioned earlier, consider yourself lucky if spam email is all you'll get from these scam posts. I hope you haven't provided personal information such as login credentials.
