There should be a provision only for leader and Co leader to look who is online in clan.
And there should be a green indicator for online status of member!


And there should be a call key in to clan that allows to get a notification in their devices

I doubt it. If they're that inactive then you should probably just boot them anyway. Don't keep stragglers if you don't want to.
