so my base is coming close to being completely maxxed out Town Hall 8 but my question is.....
is it worth farming at TH8 OR Farming for a little bit and move on to TH9 or do both until Town Hall is complete?

I think I know what your saying. You should upgrade your Town hall then while it is upgrading farm the loot until you are full. Also I would start farming DE earlier so you have that 40K DE for the queen.

I'm also getting to that point. I'm not sure what you mean about farming for a bit, once you've completely maxed, you will only be able to get 6m/6m/80k. At that point, it's time to upgrade TH with full storage.
