Our clan is stricktly organised, leader-co-elders-members.
All of the main functions are real life parents who help the children play COC.
But i do get many questions of the children "that they want to be an elder- a co leider "etc..
The only thing they really want is status...
Thats why i come with the idee of rewarding good clanmembers with the status "clanmember o/t week"
A function chosen by the leader and co's to reward the good clanmembers for there excellent behavior
Maybe with an extra icon besides their name, after one week.. this would dissapear so we could chose a new CM o/t W.
If a CM o/t W should get extras... not for me (or maybe one massage for the clan)
Do it then. The one with the most donations/trophies etc. buy them a play store or iTunes card simple as that. Unless supercell would reward them there selfs but I don't think that would happen. Look how many clan there are.. Most likely over 1000+. So they probably don't want to search through each clan and pick one guy out. Or if that's what you mean. I like the idea I just don't think supercell does

It's not supercell who has to reward 'good' members, and I don't wan't real life gifts too.
It's just a function, an icon, which i, as a clan leader, can reward to a 'good 'member.. nothing more.
It's an extra motivator for regular members
