They don't come out of the CC and are still in there for your next attack/defence.
Edit: I am assuming you mean troops that target ground only.

Not sure what the question is really but if a CC is full of troops that only attacks ground units they won't leave the CC even if a dragon is in range of it.

true, but i think they should get out, they will then just get killed, but at least the make the opponent waste some time killing them

Well it's both pros and cons, they came out no matter what before and it got changed in a update. The main pro with this system is having a few barbs in there can cause some real problems for heroes later in the battle and a few balloons aren't able to lure out the entire CC before a ground attack.
They actually mention this in the tutorial...
If ground only troops are in the CC, and it is attacked by air troops, the building is destroyed, but the troops survive to fight another battle.
