Inactives should be buried.
It's nice to find when you do, but it shouldn't be your entire strategy.
Barching really kills the "potential targets" for the non-barchers.
Say storage has a 120k each and the collectors have 70K ea(and that's low). A barcher w/ a 40K army comes and looks at the 100K profit that he will make and takes the collectors. Now you come upon that base and it only 120K in storages. Will you go for it? If you have any sense then no you won't.
Now add the lack of inactives (and the general lack of loot at th9 and 10) and you got yourselves a lot of incentive to buy gems!
Edit: My suggestion (and this is won't serve the hard core gamers) is to stop searching for a few hours and then try again. Perhaps the luck will turn your way in a few hours. But, if you are investing the only hour you have then you are just umhmm...out of luck! ;o

a rushed th10 farming in silver league that cant find inactives.
The title changes are a very immature reflection on the moderators who do so. The ones who are doing so really need to learn to be professional.
EDIT: It's a poor reflection on Supercell as well, as these moderators are supposed to be representatives and examples of the community.

SC Responses to Current Requests: UG Heroes in War l Zapping
These moderators are an example of the community, and they are showing the community exactly how to act by sinking to these immature responses. The professional and proper response would be to reply to the thread & state that the OP has no proof of his allegations. False or not, it does not warrant the childish reponses I've seen from moderators lately.
