The answer to this is probably posted somewhere obvious. Sorry, if that's the case, but I couldn't find it.
I have two clan mates who have joined the forum. I was able to add them to my contacts without any problem, but for some reason their contact window does not allow the option to add them as a friend.
I have added other clan mates without issue, so I assume the problem is on their end.
Does anyone know what they need to change in their settings in order to be added to friend lists and groups?
