That is a stone from yonks ago, it was very rare. There is also a smaller one also very rare. They only spawned when you first made an account, and no longer do.

Yeah this stone was from the very earliest versions of CoC. This player must have been playing since the beginning. There is also one on the base of the leader of the clan Big Whale, which was the second clan ever created (but that guys is now inactive.
