It's so you can be available to get attacked, it happens when you've been playing for 6 hours straight. Wait 15-20 min and log back in.
If you're getting that message... Maybe you really should take a break,'for longer than it forces you to.
This is to prevent players for staying online forever (hence cannot get attacked). If you're low on trophy count, you might get lucky and won't get attack during the forced break. But if you're in high trophy count Master I or Champion league, you'll most definitely get attacked. This feature is much needed especially up high in champion, or else we won't have any base to attack because people stay online forever.

If you've been farming for 6 hours, you'll atleast have 3.5m of resource. Losing 350k gold or whatever you lost shouldn't even hurt
The game is about attacking, and been attacked.
If you have been on 6 hours you have done more than your fair share of attacks. It's time someone got a chance to raid you.

They made soo high level players couldn't ♥♥♥♥♥ and stay online for ever and never get pushed down from the leaderboarders, that message pops up when you have been online for 6hrs, and after that you will have to wait 5minutes befor you can logg back in.. Just to make sure no apple/g♥♥♥♥/orange is keep you online.
Also if you have been grinding for 6hrs, and worried about losing a little, Just look at it as taxing. You have permission to take other peoples stuff and in exchange they get a pieace of your cupcake.
