How can I attack him? I have 13h

Mass Dragon from 3 O'clock with 1 rage and 2 heal. use the rage to take out cc troops and the heals over the ad to keep them alive. Goodluck

I'd go with mass drag, 3 rage, maxed balloons or lvl 3+ in cc, attack from the north.
Place down 2 drags first to clear out the buildings, place the 2 drags on the gold storage on the upper left and the army camp on the upper right.
