Hey guys, Harvs66 here the leader of Outcast Elite™. We are currently recruiting level 70+ players. We war twice a week and are an international clan. We have no rules on donation and request ratios. The only rules we have is 18 years of age plus! (To reduce drama) and use both attacks in war! Every single war, other than that have fun!
