TH8 to TH9 | Hog riders , Loonion or GoWIPe

Hello, I'm currently TH8 and planning to upgrade my village to TH9 when my army for TH9 ready.

my troops

lv 5 Archer
lv 5 Barbarian
lv 3 Goblin
lv 4 Wall Breaker (in the lab to lv5)
lv 3 Ballon
lv 5 Giant
lv 5 Wizard
lv 2 Healer
lv 3 Dragon
lv 1 PEKKA

lv 1 Minion
lv 1 Hog Riders
lv 1 Valkyrie
lv 1 Golem (Barrack under construction)

lv 7 Barbarian King


What route the most useful to have at TH9 for farming and war, Hog Riders - Baloonion - or Gowipe (Gowiwipe) ?
Or should I upgrade all of these troops ?

I'm only upgrade when my def maxed and have a skull wall
farming army - Barb Arch WB

Hog riders - 30 days (maxed)
Loonion - 26 days (maxed)
Gowipe - 28 days (maxed)

I loonion as my farming army, max loons are absolute beast. Get those two up fast. You are so far behind the dark troop curb, it'll take you a while to catch up. And if your going TH9, i orefer GoWiWi over GoWiPe.

Seems like you're contradicting yourself, that's not rushing. If you're maxing your def you'll be fine to upgrade. Farming you'll want barch or barch+giants+WB. Giants are a massive upgrade so are worth doing. For war, I'd always recommend golem based strategies, so upgrade those first.

Eventually you'll be ready to push, and you can do that with loonion/lavaloonion, but leave those troops for later.

GoWiPe (during early stages of th9) or GoWiWi (once Witch is lv 2) for war
I have max hogs, but I rarely use it now since the skeleton trap update

actually my initial plan was to upgrade Hog-Golem-Pekka and skip Loonion..
but when I visit th9 and th10 in the top player, most of them get lavaloonion ready in their barracks

It makes me confuse what troops really worth in the TH9 and 10

based on the replies, Is this plan will be OK ?

I would say loons it was the first thing I got at th9 but they have to be lvl 6 so if upgrade them while your still at th8

loons is the most efficient thing to upgrade for war attacks as new TH9. soon as you have lv6 loons, you will 3 star any TH8/early to mid TH9 even with lv1 minions, 2 star advanced TH9. Upgrading golems etc takes a long time and are needed to 3 start advanced TH9.

No, upgrade your piggies bruh. Always good to have a backup in case your gowiwi doesnt go well.
