Then members and elders will be getting troops that they don't want. Then again you can argue that they can just delete them, but why not just leave it as is so that we don't have that problem in the first place?Originally Posted by coop23

What drove my request is that I have recruited several new members that are low experience. If I keep their CC full it will help move them up
Or you could ask em to request troops then donate.
