When should I go th 9

I'm just wondering if I should work on my walls or just go to th 9. Over the next week I'm upgrading my last two teslas to lvl 4 and my wall breakers to lvl 5. Once I do this all of the troops I actually use will be maxed except for the golem. Also, as you can see all my splash damage defenses are maxed. I know that teslas go up to lvl 6 at th 8 but I can't see myself doing that at this point. Also, I am satisfied with lvl 5 air defense because I barely get dragon raided in war anymore. I could work on the archer towers to lvl 10 but lately, I've been getting destroyed by th 9s and loosing all my loot. This has actually made the game quite tiresome because while I'm saving up for more expensive upgrades, I get 150k of each every attack, but lose 300k of each on defense to lvl 90 th 9s. And yes i have had my th on the outside before but i don't know if it was really bad luck but i would still get attacked by th 9s before getting a shield. I don't know if getting x-bows will help me preserve my resources or if i should just grind through the month it will probably take me to get all my walls to lvl 7. I guess I'm just asking for advice from people that have all ready gone through all this. Any constructive criticism to my base design is appreciated.

Max everything. I didn't do my golem or valk. And my bk was at 9 when I went to th9. I also had only done 80 skulls, I regret it now 4 months later I have max defence but only just finished my skulls at th9

Keep 1 builder free and dump all your resources into your walls. If your still doing level 7 walls, you should keep going until minimum all level 7 walls are complete. TH9 will be way better for you that way. Also, those Teslas, they suck to wait for, but you're gonna have a ton to do when you upgrade...I'd do them to at least 5 now..6 will help you a ton...

That said, with you're farming army maxed at TH8, you will be fine at TH9, it will just take you're list of priorities and make it alot longer/harder...You will survive though..

Indo understand u being destroyed by th9s, once u become th9 u will be destroyed by th10s. So this going to continue. The best way to keep a check over this is to Max out everything, including ur walls to lvl 8. This is wat i did, and have been defending well. Did i loseyes but a small amount some times and very little many times.

You don't have to max out, but it does help, there's no reason you should be losing so much gold, with your walls not maxed out. Just dump excess into your walls. I rushed to TH9, I'm doing fine. Don't listen to anyone but yourself...Here's a great guide, I would highly recommend you read.

trust me, mine were only lvl7, and doing my walls now is such a pain

Definitely not yet ready. Those walls and defenses (especially Teslas!) need some upgrading.
