In less than 5 days my th will be at 9. I am a truly maxed th8 and am just curious about where to start once my th upgrade is done. I should have all my storages maxed at 6 million gold/elixir each and about 50k plus in de. Any suggestions, ideas are appreciated.

Hey OP, I started with Barch upgrade in my lab for farming, then did DE Drills and Archer Queen.
Also Xbows are a huge plus for your defense, also max Goldmines/Elixierpumps if not maxed already.
And if you have a lot of elixier to spend go for army camps.
Did xbows with the gold, lab and dark barracks with the elixir since I wanted the witches, and did the AQ to lvl 2 with my DE. After the queen was done I did my cc. Lately I've been focused on collectors and drills to get my production up. I can survive with 200 max troop camps.
I became TH9 about 2-3weeks ago.
I got AQ first, then lab, x-bow, all new defense buildings/traps, an army camp, spell factory, new de drill, another xbow as soon as I got the $$, and just got my last army camp upgrade about 4 days ago.
Been thinking about this a lot as I'm almost in the same space. The debate to me really is about walls. You seem to be like me in "truly" maxing everything and level 9 and 10 walls are quite the $. I think my current gameplan is something like...
START
Buy 1 day shield for 100 gems as soon as I get the TH.
- AQ (upgrade to 2 if possible)
- Seekings, Big Bombs
- Tesla to 1
- Wizard Tower to 1
- Archer Tower to 4-5
- AD to 1
- Storages to 3-4
DAY OVER
DAY 2
- DE Drill 1 to 4 (go through 6)
- DE Drill 2 to 4 (go through 6)
- Laboratory (prepare for Archers)
- Xbow 1
- Xbow 2
After that... max all defenses to TH8 max (Teslas to 6, Wizard Tower to 6, AD to 6, etc)
Then start 250 Walls to Lego with Gold Only. Do Army camps, lab upgrades, drills, DE Storage, Spell Factory. Once all Elixir upgrades are done, switch. Gold to start maxing defenses and elixir to build legos.
I had max in gold and elixir and enough for my queen. I did both xbows, queen, camps 2x, and raided to start my new defenses

Thanks for the ideas. I do know AQ and lab are my top priorities and the dark barracks ( I like those witches also.) I will push for the 25 new walls to get to lvl 8. Then prioritize my new defenses as well starting with the xbows. I have a week to find a good farming base and war base to hold all my new toys.
