i get this bug too, my X-Bow set to air and not shooting during defence !

You don't have a war base layout? Don't mean to be rude, just that if they haven't figured out to fix this by now there's likely a host of bizarre things that can cause it.

My war base is the same base as my main.

I had problem xbows shooting only ground targets.
This is how i got them working on air targets also:
Go to your every saved base, change mode few times and left to air mode. Save base and make that active. Now do same for every base.
My xbows shoot now air targets, not care to touch them!

just happened to me. I attacked a TH 10 with 3 bows that i swear to God all of them were on ground mode. But as soon as i deployed my balloon they started to fire. Please fix, i lost 52 cups because of this bug

Are you guys still analysing the problem or have you started fixing it. Lost about 100 trophies in the last 4 raids. All xbows set to ground were shooting up. This is the most glitchy update so far. You guys should really do your testing before launching an update.

Attached pictures of me going back to village after and checking the range and setting. This did not at all seem to be a cosmetic issue as I have seen mentioned and it was NOT upgrading. It clearly shows set to ground and is seen attacking my air troops.

Edit: Nevermind pics didnt upload and reading previous comments probably wouldn't help. All I can say is that there was absolutely NOTHING indicating that xbow was set to air when visiting or attacking that base. Very annoying.

Sometimes grounded xbows are shooting air targets since the Christmas update...very frustrating as a looner! Today I scouted a base for revenge and clicked on the xbows to ensure they were set to ground (2 of 3 were), I immediately attacked and all three bows shot at me. Please fix ASAP.
