X-bow bug

i hope there is some sort of compensation for th 9 and 10 players who are affected by 1 week longand counting bug which pretty much screwed us all over.

My clan mate have the same bug. He built war base with xbows air and ground, after he copied layout to home village, visually xbows are in air and ground, but really they are ground only..
maybe it helps to reproduce bug.

Hello,

We understand many of you are being affected by this x-bow target bug (set to ground only and yet it attacks air troops).

However, there seems to be one weird rule since not everyone is experiencing this issue.

Please give us all the details you think might be relevant to this case, could be something like: no war base was saved at the time, x-bow is freshly bought or being upgraded...?

One "weird" rule! ♥♥♥♥ing fix the problem! Not paying to play (gems) for this! FIX IT! Supercell, you have known for a week!!!! What the ♥♥♥♥? My expectations are low...seeing how you refuse to "fix" or even reply to the "local" clan rank. Supercell, love the game but if I were working there...you all would be fired. What is the pre reqs to work there, promote, promote, promote....don't listen to feedback? And tks for updated....gold loot sucks! One unhappy customer/gamer.

Go to th10 and start gemming your heros, barracks, and spell factory for a month to get yourself above 3600 cups and slowly watch your efforts, time and money disappear. Then tell me what you think of the xbow glitch..
I haven't raided in 7 days except spending 400,000 gold to find a snipe so I could shield up for my clan. Im down almost 100 cups since the update. As I posted earlier, the Gem glitch from about 6 months ago was patched in a matter of hours once they realized what was happening, but since this isn't affecting revenue I guess its not as important..
Like many others I remain on the sidelines watching my cups slowly disappear. I guess I can always stare in amazement at my xmas trees cause that is the only benefit this update has delivered.

But this update was suppose to "help" th10 players. Supercell marketers DO NOT understand it's not the th10 players who spend money...it's th8/9 players. I'm done....this thread is full of facts reporting the issue. SC admits to the issue, yet refuses to fix it b/c as many have said, it is NOT affecting revenue. FuCQ u SC! Damn, it's a shame, greed over...well, everything.

I had a similar issue where my xbows were set to air and ground and yet didnt shoot at loons/minions. Hopefully sc fixes this soon, definitely annoying

That's a laugh, I think the pre-req for supercells involves mainly marketing with little programming.

FIX the problem supercell marketers!

You misunderstand, I am the one with 30+ years of programming experience, not SC

The playstation network gets taken down xmas day and they have people working 24/7 to repair the issue to get it back online.. Im sure Supercell has their programmers and developers working just as hard to repair this issue because it is a business after all where professionalism and ethics take priority over everything else. So while their customers were at home on xmas receiving itunes cards and trying to figure out where to spend them, Supercells programmers were in the office trying to undo this major design flaw and re-code the update to make the game function as its supposed to. I know in my line of work if a mistake like this was made nobody goes home until it's resolved, and once its fixed somebody would be heading to the door.. Im sure Supercell is taking this situation just as seriously. 😎

Got a weird experince today, I did an Air only attack on someone who had ground Xbow, but they were still able to attack my Air troops!

That's very very very very annoying, my raid ended up in 98% (because of time) with a Barrack and a full gold stroages left - That bug did effect a 3 star and alot of gold!

As a Loonioneer, this big is really bothering me. It's becoming more and more frequent. How long before this is fixed?!

loon come into my base and cost me -11 cup at 3200..
cause, my xbow point up is not firing..


SC, can u give me back that -11 cup... due to ur xbow bug!
