Anushka you started this thread and disappeared. It's been 10 days since you last posted here. There are so many people pouring their guts out over here. Don't you have the basic decency to at least communicate with your customers regarding the situation. If you people at supercell are clueless on the situation at least say it so that people will stop using air strategy and start playing this game differently.
You guys have ruined this game for a lot of people. Great job. Believe me you guys might not be finding any difference in your finances right now but will very soon find yourself in front of a running train. Reputation and credibility are very difficult to build... and even more difficult to build after you loose the people's trust. Both your reputation nd credibility have taken a nose dive.!!!! Real deep dive.!!!!!!!

Now the question is becoming do I continue to play this game while there is blatant disregard for the people who have made it what it is, or do I call it a day and move on.. After almost 2 years of playing this game it is coming to that point.

I almost forgot, since the update im down 87 cups and dropping as my th gets sniped every 12 hours. In champs league this is going to take some time to recover, not to mention the gems spent boosting that ive lost.. Oh wait theres a one gem boost going on right now but I CANT RAID cause the xbows are screwed.

So is this just as simple as the Air/Ground Xbows only attack Ground, and the Ground Only Xbows attack Air & Ground?

I've been hit with 2 Loon attacks in the last 24 hours and just finally noticed my Xbows weren't firing. Switching to Ground Only until we get some sort of resolution as at least I get better range that way.

I'm glad I found this post, I was beginning to think I've gone crazy watching my xbows set to ground & air not attack the balloon minion raid against me. Both xbows were fully loaded and did not do a thing against the air troops. I lost badly because of it, very frustrating.

I want another Xmas tree for my troubles. Pleeeeeease =) lol

Happened countless times to me too. I boosted this morning and lost 3 loonion raids because of ground xbows shooting at my air troops. Loosing trophies and missing out loot and it pisses me off. I'm seriously considering not playing anymore until this is fixed.

This isn't just a minor issue. Raids can be loss or won just by the misleading glitch. It costs trophies that in higher in the champs league, can be so valuable to get back, a whole days worth of progress gone. Major issues need to be fixed immediately, not "won't be able to deploy the fix until the next version of the game goes live." ️Please fix!

Looks like we've found what's causing this issue but it's possible that we won't be able to deploy the fix until the next version goes live. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I don' get why there can't just be an update to fix this. They did it with the lvl bug....

What more do you guys want? Yes, it's a bug. But as someone who deals with coding bugs as part of my daily job, it happens. Based on the fact they haven't released a fix for this instantly, I'm guessing this requires a very in-depth fix that has the potential for breaking a lot more stuff. They've told you they know it's a bug. They've said they know what the fix is but that it won't be fixed until the next patch and they don't know when that will be yet.

Personally, I think they are doing exactly what they should do. I'd hope they are doing more thorough testing and hopefully this type of issue doesn't happen in the future. Also, let's be fair. This only affects air raids. So, if you want to get around it, start doing ground raids with GoWiPe or GoWiWi or something else. Adapt to the game. My $0.02.
