X-bow bug

It is mind-blowing how there is a maintenance break and yet this glitch still exists. I just attacked a base with all bows on ground yet my loons and minions got shot down by all three bows. This base had elixir collectors boosted, barracks boosted, a full cc, and the x-bows were not new. How am I supposed to push trophies when I now have no clue what base to attack? Please fix this before addressing any additions to the game, it is broken.

Supercell really need to do something with the xbow, there is currently in my clan New Unity, a lot of replay's with xbow's that don't work.

Just looned a base with x bows set to ground it targeted my air troops both loons and minions...it's happened twice already.

Hope the following infor is useful.

when I redid my war base and Regular base I noticed that the xbows in my base were all set the ground. But they are always set to target both ground and air. That could be the reason for the glitch since it resets the setting when you enter village edit mode, but keeps the original targeting script from it's original setting before entering village edit mode.

Read about attackers being hit by ground set x bows. Had mine set to ground and air earlier and was raided by Bloons. They didn't fire. Set 2 to ground only left one to air/ground. Just got raided by loonion raid and still no firing from any x bows. Hope you can fix this soon! 😡

This xbow glitch is annoying
Im on trophy push right now, and the xbow put down my loons
Those xbow definitely set on ground only
And i set my xbow to air
But its not attack air
Farmer being screw with horrible loot
Now trophy hunter screw with this xbow glitch
Save your game supercell, before people say enough to this game

Mine was air&ground never work on air units!! This should be fixed!! Its hard to get loots! We should get something for this bugs!!!

It is not just 'ground xbow attacks air targets' - mine were set to air and did not attack air targets.

Some details -

This was not an issue before the update.

I ALWAYS keep all three crossbows set to ground and air. After this happened I went into base editor and found they were all set right, "ground and air'.

I then noticed both infernos were set on single - I NEVER use single targeting.

I went to every saved base layout (4) and changed the settings on each crossbow, going back ultimately to ground and air.. Trying to make sure they did change and all saved bases were set the same. Did the same with my infernos.

We understand many of you are being affected by this x-bow target bug (set to ground only and yet it attacks air troops).

However, there seems to be one weird rule since not everyone is experiencing this issue.

Please give us all the details you think might be relevant to this case, could be something like: no war base was saved at the time, x-bow is freshly bought or being upgraded...?

My clanmate got attacked with maxed drags, he set the xbows to ground and air, but the xbows were not attacking the drags, he nearly lost the defense. The xbows were also only targeting ground units at a limited range, 11 tiles.

I wasn't having any issues now I am 2 maxed xbows and one going max now (4 days left) they don't freaking target air troops lost 2 big defensive air attacks on my base because of these freaking ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Looking like I am switching to air raids for offensive as I have a chance enemy xbow won't do ♥♥♥♥!

This is needs to be fixed ASAP total ♥♥.
