No offense to you all at supercell but if this is a known issue, and you believe you know how to fix already, why not go ahead and do it rather than wait a month til next update. Ive never been the type to complain and i would be willing to put my salary on the line but if this was an issue resulting in you not getting paid for us purchasing gems due to a glitch it would be fixed before any member of your team slept that night.

I pay in $100 increments like many others. This should be without a doubt fixed as soon as you see how to do so.

This shows me how little SC care about the players.

On the other hand SuperCell really care about our money. So much that they don't care that we waste time and money because of a bug, even though they are responsible for it. And so much that they can't afford to make the game inactive while fixing the bug, or waste their own time and money (which they btw got from us, the players) fixing the bug before next major update. And so much that they do not even bother to inform the players officially.

SuperCell actually repaid me 100 gems. It's a start, but doesn't cover the gems I've wasted at all (use 80 gems every boost). I have been pushing since December 1st and have boosted around three times per day, until I stopped around the 15th, because of the bug. Was suppose to peak on the 18th, when my clan's push ended, but had to stop early because of the bug.

A little early info from SC (in the game like when there's an update) - or of course a fix - could have limited my waste of gems a lot more!

I posted my thread in General on purpose. So people would see it, and so Supercell would see how many people want this bug fixed. Then it just gets merged into this thread to get buried? Great...

I completely agree. This bug could actually be making Supercell money because of people failing raids during a push and having to boost more. I'm sure they're going to take their sweet time fixing it. I want my gems back too...
