plus i think supercell should work on creating something bigger rather worry about deleting inactive clans

The OP appears to have some name he thought was really cool and special and was obviously (judging by his level of earnestness) pretty excited with himself for thinking of it. But then he found out that others ahead of him were already using it. So his approach was to try and come up with some reason to eliminate the others. So this thread is not about having unique names, this is about eliminating one guy's 'competition' (for want of a better word) so he can have that name to himself.
Note that he thinks posts for him are nice and posts against him are not nice. So he is saying that being in favor of ripping other peoples clans out from under them for his personal benefit is nice. And leaving them keep what they already paid for is not nice.

Clans with 1 member for more than a month should be deleted. Especially if the 1member is inactive
What about the person that buys a clan so he can have an out of the way while he goess away for a few months?
What about the guy that needs to take some time off but he wants to keep the statistics on the war clan he put his heart and soul into running, plus paid for?
You guys are talking about taking away from someone something after they paid for it up front. And why? For your own personal benefit? How is it for the good of the game if SC starts reneging on things it sold.
You need to think harder and come up with ways to cover that. You could suggest that SC gives a few gens to cover the cost of the resources they paid, but then you are deciding that SC should spend their money. Maybe they can afford it maybe not. But who are any of us to decide they should do the pay out?
What if YOU had to reimburse the guys for their clans being taken away? Would that be an acceptable? I ask it that way because the only person you can just up and volunteer to pay for something is your own self.
The problem is that you guys are all 'I want' 'I want' 'I want', but you don't think it any further than 'I want'.
