Donate Loot To Other Clan Mates

This feature will allow players in clans to donate each other loot (elixir, dark elixir, gold). This is similar to donating troops.

This feature will not be too overpowered, there are also restrictions.

• Players can only donate at the max 1/2 of the max they have for each loot section.
• You can only request one per 24 hours and it can only be for one material, example : *Request Elixir*. (Waits 24 Hours) *Requests Gold*
• If you don't donate to others after you request once then your timer for requesting will get higher.

The add ons will be

• Loot Donations
• Achievements for donating each type of loot to clan mates
• How much loot donated and received section in the clan.
• Gives special rank if donated a certain amount
