you again... SC has said countless times its per device. (pretty sure anyway. Please find me proof that SC said it is per person)

You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by Supercell, or previously been banned from playing any Supercell game;.

Please find me proof that SuperCell has said it is per device.

FACT: Supercell does not enforce this part of the TOS
FACT: Supercell allows and supports two accounts, two devices
FACT: Supercell allows but will not support two accounts, one device
FACT: Supercell employees and moderators words or actions do not change the TOS

While they may not directly speak for SEE and are not always right, mods do get a bit of extra info, especially about the ToS, so they tend to k ow what they are talking about.

If they know about the TOS, they know nothing they say or do changes the words in the TOS. The TOS is black and white, written clearly as a legal document. No one can argue that the TOS says one per person. The only thing that contradicts that is staff and moderators saying so. No waiver then says it doesn't matter what they say, none of it changes the words of the TOS and is not legally binding, at which point SC could decide to enforce rules they didn't in the past.

As as long as you understand that long term risk, make 100 accounts, it doesn't really matter.

i have a question, what if someone start playing, and at some point says "hey you know what? i mess up i wanna star over" but the only way is to find another one being another device or another ACC (GC,etc) even if you dont use the old one would that count as multiacc?

Yes as two accounts will have the same device ID. If you have problems and never plan to use the old account, just pretend it never existed. You shouldn't have a problem.

Would be hard for them to enforce this anyway. What if my kid has an account that he rarely plays so I play it for him to keep it up to date? This is still one account per person on separate devices, it just happens that I keep his game more active than he does. There is no way for supercell to know if this is happening so would be hard for them to ban second accounts.

Having 1 account on 100 devices doesn't violate anything in the TOS. Account sharing is, but like you said, they'd never know. Unless there was a problem and your son decides to emancipate his village from your control. Then there might be a real "Clash". Otherwise, banning is not realistic it's the offering of support that will be in question.
