    New DE troop Idea: Spectre

    Hi, i have been thinking of a new troop idea for a few months now: the spectre (or wraith, or wtever) would be the de counterpart to healer, and will be a kind of reverse rage spell.

    It Essentially, it is a flying unit which cannot kill enemies, but which causes a decrease in speed, damage and health to enemies in a specific radius, whose effects wear off as soon as the spectre passes by or is killed. (Think like the effect the dementors had on people in Harry Potter)

    Training Cost (in Elixir or DE): L1: 450DE, L2:500DE, L3: 560DE, L4:650DE
    Training Time: 20 minutes
    Housing Space: 15
    Damage per second: Splash, 9 tile radius. 15% total at lvl 1, 20% at lvl 2, 25% at lv 3, 30% at lvl 4,
    Hit Points: L1:500, L2:600, L3:700, L4:950
    Movement Speed: 16
    Description: No hell hath fury like a woman scorned! this undead healer is back for revenge and ready to be a nightmare for your enemies.

    I am not entirely sure on balance: cost, time, damage, etc, range and vulnearbility, but here is what i am guesstimating:

    Essentially, here is what happens: When deployed, it has a similar AI to healers, where it follows a group of troops. (But instead of being behind, it is together or in front of the group in order to weaken her friend's targets.)

    In a radius of 9 tiles around the troop itself, any enemies, be it buildings, cc troops, heroes or walls, will be slightly slower, weaker and less HP to kill. the enemy is weakened and slowed by the percentage given in above damage description.

    And like the rage spell, the effect wears off as soon as the spectre has passed or been killed. this means that it is easier to kill enemies with spectre around, but if the spectre is killed or moves away, suddenly the enemy comes back full force (or rather, regaining the percentage suppressed by the spectre, unless the enemy has already been killed during that time). but if there are no friendly troop nearby to finish the deed, nothing happens. its just a slightly weaker enemy. also, it cannot get resources through weakening.

    The advantage of 9 tiles means that as soon as it is in range to be killed by wizard tower, AD, or Archer and inferno tower, the enemy is also weakened. but it is especially vulnearable to x bows, as those can reach the spectre before the spectre weakens them, additionally, unlike the healer, the spectre does not hang back, making her even more vulnerable. strategy probably would be to be with the second of 3 waves of troops, or to lightning x bows.

    So I think its a pretty powerful troop as part of greater strategy and mix of troops, really making it hard to defend a village, but it is extremely vulnerable to attack, and easy to kill.

    what do you guys think? any suggestions or tweaks? I would be pretty excited if a similar troop were implemented by supercell
